This time, we allowed all the 129,175 people living in Muskegon to be jurors by picking up various signals they created, including reviews, online & offline sentiment metrics, citations, Google search result rankings, links between websites, brand mentions, social media activity, and more.

Essentially, this competition celebrates the passion for plants, biodiversity, and beautiful outdoor spaces that bring joy, relaxation, and increased property value to homeowners. We discovered and reviewed all 120 gardeners & landscaping companies in Muskegon, then shortlisted 9 (residential/commercial/municipal landscaping contractors, groundskeepers, hardscaping/softscaping companies, etc.). Finally, we ranked them based on their knowledge of plants and horticulture, originality and uniqueness of design concepts, and ultimately client satisfaction and positive testimonials.
