Essentially, this competition focuses on credentials, experience, professionalism, and overall patient satisfaction. We discovered and reviewed all 131 otolaryngologists & private ear, nose, and throat clinics in Grand Rapids, then shortlisted 8 (general & pediatric ENT doctors, sinus relief centers, audiology clinics, vestibular (balance) rehabs, etc.). Finally, we ranked them based on their qualifications/education, feedback from clients, referrals, and professional reputation.
