Think of this as a "Food Joint Of The Month" contest. Except here, a jury didn't get to choose who gets what. This time, we allowed all the 846,643 people living in Columbus to be jurors by picking up various signals they created, including reviews, online & offline sentiment metrics, citations, Google search result rankings, links between websites, brand mentions, social media activity, and more.

Essentially, this competition focuses on the love of food, combined with the passion for cooking and sharing culinary creations with others. We discovered and reviewed all 178 food places in Columbus, then shortlisted 70 (restaurants, diners, cafeterias, drive-thrus, food trucks, fast foods, etc.). Finally, we ranked them based on their food quality, service, atmosphere, value for money, customer feedback, and overall impression.
