Essentially, this competition focuses on the passion for cultivating happiness through flowers. We discovered and reviewed all 140 flower shops in Rapid City, then shortlisted 6 (flower boutiques, chain stores, greenhouses, wholesalers, online florists, etc.). Finally, we ranked them based on the overall quality, freshness, and variety of flowers used in the arrangements, pricing, and customer service.
