This time, we allowed all the 1,621,814 people living in New York City to be jurors by picking up various signals they created, including reviews, online & offline sentiment metrics, citations, Google search result rankings, links between websites, brand mentions, social media activity, and more.

Essentially, this competition celebrates the love for hospitality and the passion for providing comfortable stays to travelers and making them feel welcome and cared for. We discovered and reviewed all 87 hotels in New York City, then shortlisted 45 (full-service/boutique/budget/luxury/resort hotels, wellness retreats, inns, etc.). Finally, we ranked them based on their room comfort, cleanliness, amenities and facilities, customer satisfaction, service quality, parking options, and value for money.
