This time, we allowed all the 955,120 people living in Seattle to be jurors by picking up various signals they created, including reviews, online & offline sentiment metrics, citations, Google search result rankings, links between websites, brand mentions, social media activity, and more.

Essentially, this competition focuses on the passion for packing, loading, transporting, and arranging people's belongings. We discovered and reviewed all 189 moving companies in Seattle, then shortlisted 44 (full-service/labor-only/self-service movers, local/long-distance/international moving companies, van lines, etc.). Finally, we ranked them based on their complaint history, customer satisfaction ratings, licensing & insurance coverage, potential hidden fees, and punctuality.
