This time, we allowed all the 3,187,352 people living in Houston to be jurors by picking up various signals they created, including reviews, online & offline sentiment metrics, citations, Google search result rankings, links between websites, brand mentions, social media activity, and more.

Essentially, this competition celebrates the love for hospitality and the passion for providing comfortable stays to travelers and making them feel welcome and cared for. We discovered and reviewed all 67 hotels in Houston, then shortlisted 32 (full-service/boutique/budget/luxury/resort hotels, wellness retreats, inns, etc.). Finally, we ranked them based on their room comfort, cleanliness, amenities and facilities, customer satisfaction, service quality, parking options, and value for money.
