Essentially, this competition celebrates the love for hospitality and the passion for providing comfortable stays to travelers and making them feel welcome and cared for. We discovered and reviewed all 61 hotels in Philadelphia, then shortlisted 26 (full-service/boutique/budget/luxury/resort hotels, wellness retreats, inns, etc.). Finally, we ranked them based on their room comfort, cleanliness, amenities and facilities, customer satisfaction, service quality, parking options, and value for money.
