Essentially, this competition focuses on the passion for styling hair and the skills to make people look and feel good. We discovered and reviewed all 122 stylists & hair salons in Louisville, then shortlisted 23 (full-service salons, boutique salons, children's salons, mobile hair salons, ethnic hair studios, etc.). Finally, we ranked them based on their technical skills & expertise, professionalism & attitude, value for money, feedback from clients, and reputation.
