Essentially, this competition focuses on the passion for building things, whether it's a beautiful home, a hospital, or a bridge. We discovered and reviewed all 100 contractors in Stockton, then shortlisted 20 (prime contractors, independent contractors, subcontractors, general/specialty contractors, etc.).
